Simply kowahi

Stunning day that actually felt HOT!  27 degrees on the back deck :D  Gorgeous.  Great time out in the garden, J dropped in for a catchup, did some more work on the seating plans.  All good.

This image caught my eye as the sun was going down........an in-betweeny shot of a branch of my aged ol' kowhai post flowering but pre summer green.  I love the long, dangly seed pods, many of which would sprout once they hit the ground if I let them.
