June Challenge - Simple

Day 14 of TerriG's June daily challenge - Simple

My son has been asking me to make one of my cheesecakes for him for the last few weeks, so tonight when I did my shopping I got those ingredients that I didn't have in the cupboard already. I forget to check the recipe before going, but have done it enough times to basically know the recipe. It is a very simple recipe, both for ingredients and to make. 2 jobs completed in one - cheesecake and a blip.

(Just means extra time on the exercise bike to work off the effects!!!!)
