A productive day
It was a productive day in two senses.
Primarily it was like being back full time at work. Drafting papers, phone calls, preparing agendas, clearing lines. All for an extra church meeting next week. Good thing it was a horrible wet morning. It eased later and I got out for some fresh air. This dahlia still thinks there is time to flower although the intensity of the colours is weaker than when I photographed a similar flower head in early September. (the 6th). I also got the ironing done while watching the Dr Who classics programme and caught up with the new series of Shetland.
It was also a “productive” day as my cold has moved into its next stage. But the less said about that the better. The alternative photo was of a pile of snotty paper handkies which no one would wish to see. At least I feel on the mend which is no bad thing on a day of the dead.
