Now and Then

Today's the day . . . . . . . . . . for a new song

I watched a rather wonderful film yesterday evening, narrated by Sir Paul McCartney and telling the story about how, after many years in the process, a new (and probably the last) Beatles' song had been recorded.

The amazing thing is that it features the actual voices of all of the Fab Four, despite the fact that John and George are no longer with us.  It's all because of the amazing advances in sound technology which can enhance and remaster something recorded many years before, with a clarity that is quite frankly, mind-blowing.
