The Route Home

Our stay in Easingwold ended today. We stayed long enough for a coffee at The Curious Coffee Company. Then had a look at a new housing estate on the edge of town. Neither of us had looked at a new house before so it was a new and interesting experience.

On the way home along very wet and sometimes flooded roads. This view was taken near Hovingham. Despite there being a bridge it rarely spans water.  Often it just looks to be randomly in the middle of a field. Today there was no doubt why it was there.
