Cornflower Blue

Some lovely bright sunshine today so l put a wash in while l went to Zumba , l like to wash five sets of exercise wear  before the weekend so they are all ready for the next week. Didn’t wait for today’s gear because it did forecast rain later so it had to be four sets.When home l hung it straight out then saw this cornflower making an appearance.
Then l mended my favourite large plant pot that had got broken at my daughters ; she had borrowed it a few years ago for a certain plant but the plant has now perished and the pot broken. Made a decent job of it and l’m keeping it for one of my own plants.
Finally got to rake the mass of leaves that have settled on the front lawn, my Rowan tree is now naked so it’s time, one of those jobs that’s been nagging away at me to do but one l really enjoyed doing.
Went into Ilkley for a few necessities, really good to be out in such lovely weather. Decided to buy myself a rechargeable hot water bottle , l’ve been thinking of getting one for a few weeks and took the plunge today.
Got home just in time to bring the washing in before there was a sudden downpour, phew.
