Autumn sun

Had a pleasant sunshine dog walk this morning.  Put some washing out as it's sunny and breezy.

Headed to the market.  Had been warned on the neighbourhood WhatsApp group of an accident involving a cyclist on my route.  Traffic on our road and leading up to it is too much given that three primary schools and a three secondary schools use these roads.  Parents and children are at risk from speeding vehicles. 

Town was busy.  Lots of children with parents.  Wasn't aware schools were closed today.

Had another pleasant afternoon dog walk.

Veggie stirfry and brown rice for dinner with my dried fig soaked in orange juice and topped edith yogurt and crunchy nuts for dessert.

Now listening to Add to Playlist louder than usual on Radio 4, which I enjoy.  Fireworks are popping outside serially all around.  Thankfully Kyro is unperturbed unlike my previous greyhound, Murray.  It is a relief.  

Hopefully this response to fireworks will remain.  Though, Sue at the kennel we adopted him from observed that when they reach six years behaviour towards fireworks alters.
