Making the most of the sun after the storm

Hadn't felt like swimming in the grey weather we've had recently. But seeing the sun this morning gave me the incentive to get back in the water.

13c air temperature, but a lovely 30c in the pool. A swimming pal, and a family with 2 young kids were also out there. See my blip of paradise!

Had a drink on the terrace, left just as there was a short shower. We needed veg, so hopped on a bus to Boscombe. Couldn't resist a coffee at the new Korean café inside the Sovereign centre, and savoured a £2:50 dish of fried spicy kimchi (don't usually have a proper lunch). The 2 Korean ladies (one the owner, the other a friend) are an absolute delight. Smiling, friendly, and so polite.
