Covent Garden

A day of two halves weather wise. A walk through the park to catch the train to London was in glorious sunshine. Colours were stunning and kept stopping to just stand and look. London was a bit greyer on arrival but still a nice walk through areas I don’t know too well to accommodation in Whitechapel. By mid afternoon it was raining quite hard so ended up using the tube back into central London. Nice walk around Covent Garden rain dodging. First theatre of the weekend was Private Lives. I’d got a cheap ticket and still enjoy Noel Coward - some witty lines and an entertaining evening.
