The Night for Sushi
We had just a great day at Harrison Hot Springs today. We went on two sort of walk/hikes and saw the town and some points of interest. Then hunger caught up with us and we started thinking about what to eat.
First we stopped at a pub for a beer and a wine. We talked with the bar tender there about places to eat. I asked about sushi, which I love, and he suggested a sushi place a couple of blocks over from main street. He said it was one of his favorites and he had never had bad sushi there so he sold us and we went.
We were not disappointed. Sushi is a food art and each morsel is made with care. When the board is finally prepared it is truly a sight to behold. I took some pictures as it was presented. Pleased but humble would describe the presentation. It was delicious and we were beautifully filled.
