Cross Flatts parkrun and day in Leeds

You don't spot many 500 T shirts. Sue, this lovely volunteer featured in the added photo, has done over 600 parkruns as volunteer. An inspiration to us all.

I love Cross Flatts parkrun.  My 2nd time there and I managed to run the 'travellator' both times, for the first time. Also proud to say, I got a PB of 32:16.

Spent the afternoon in Leeds with Catriona,  Claire and Dan,  followed by fab fireworks display.
