Monday run to Northey Island
Mushroom season and toadstools a plenty on the side of the path for today's run to Northey Island. Unusually, I was diverted round the back of the cow shed whilst the young bulls were reluctantly herded along the footpath into the front of the shed. Saw a Buzzard and 100s of winter waterbirds. Too much to see and a niggle in my hip from yesterday's row, so I decided to walk back.
No bob with M, but it worked out for the best as I met up with G and we got a lot of admin done and then we went to the hut to retrieve the parkrun equipment ready to sort for Saturday.
Popped over to Em with mum's material. Em has already started a project with the previous bedding. She promised to send me a picture of her progress and it was lovely to see how delighted she was with the new delivery.
This evening I did some more Kandinski inspired watercolour in my sketch book.
