Cherry tree in the garden

Have you noticed the autumn colours this year have gone on for longer and are more intense? 

I checked this out and sure enough the warmer weather coupled with rain has extended the seasonal colours. 
 
We have both had a very lazy Sunday reading and general pottering around house and garden.
