Bonfire Night

This morning I was looking into places for Ben and I to go for our two days in Barcelona. I looked at getting tickets for the tower in the Sagrada but there were none so we won’t go to just the inside we will just look at it from the outside. We will do hop on hop off bus , there is lots of stuff to see there is the food and the street stuff - plenty for two whole days and a half. The temps are around 18-19 C - that’s perfect.

Went to Hinterland for some food and walked home via Laura and dropped off the fridge magnet from Venice. We had some chat about Venice and other stuff.

It was a lovely day and great for the bonfire night in town. The gang were going down with their friends. We aren’t.

I had no idea that hotels in Dominican Republic had flamingos where they hack of their wing feather so they can’t fly. There was an uplifting story about a conservation group rescuing them and keeping till the feathers grow and then set them free. It was beautiful to see . (BBC2).

This is a building that had its neighbouring two adjoins buildings demolished as they were basically wrecks falling down with a good few trees growing. What now???
