I called this new cat to the neighbourhood a potential murderer as it was on our fence stalking next door’s birds that were in the feeder.

Lucca has no idea about cats. When a cat or a pigeon were in the garden I would say, bad puss or bad burdie and then open the door and this rocket would explode into action barking her head off. She was so much fun. I suppose I made her like this from a puppy.

No idea what I did today, oh I remember now, I had appt with Lisa my physio about my knee which was giving me issues. Turns out my knees are fine it’s the muscles round the joints that aren’t strong (cos I have been extremely lazy and not did my exercises) hence the pain and swelling. With me having hyper mobile joints I need to keep them strong as they just go in any direction and are very bendy. Same with my ankles and feet. Got a programme to follow and she did some ultrasound.

I also got the name of a pt to start some strength/resistance training as I feel I am on the slippery slope…….

I e mailed the person Lisa recommended when got home and I have an appt on Friday morning - eeeek
