Sunshine and fog

Off to Dingwall again this time to the Puffin Pool . The contrast in weather was incredible. Bright sunshine in Fortrose and thick fog in Dingwall. It was amazing to see the blanket of fog covering the Cromarty Firth.
The Pool was nice and warm.
Went to specsavers afterwards o choose some new glasses, something I do not like doing. Managed to find a couple of frames in the end so hope they will be ok.
Went to see David and then back home.
Colin and Pete have moved a bed into the Dining Room for Dad to sleep on. He’s very weak and my Nephew had to go round to lift him off the floor as he had fallen again. Mike’s mum has not the strength to lift him even though he only weighs just over 6 stone.
Hopefully she’ll get some sleep now too.
