Just a little bit of Falkland palace were we found ourselves for a coffee this morning. I've decided just to have coffee in the morning due to the good advice on yesterday's blip I feel asleep at midnight last night and woke up at seven a.m.  .I had a long lye in until ten so hopefully I will be able to have an early night tonight. Other news my befriendier Andy (gentleman) is giving a talk on history at a group where he volunteers and I sometimes attend. It's for people with mental health issues.
