Bristle in high key oldy worldy style

I had a GP appointment this morning and then a musko skeletal foot and ankle appointment in Bristol this afternoon. The specialist was very good and has given me different insoles to try and I will go back and see him in 5 weeks. He has given some exercises to help stretch the plantar fascia and will find out if I can have shock wave therapy. Not much that can be done for my arthritic toe at the moment.

I added an extra of a red admiral butterfly that was sunning itself on the wall by the bus stop. Although it's not been that cold yet I was still very surprised to see it.
