Enjoying The Sunshine

......... all the stress of the last couple of weeks has hit me like a bus today ( there is always a delayed reaction with M.E. so I’ve been expecting it ). Despite sleeping well last night I’ve been like a zombie all day and to make matters worse gremlins have appeared with the heating system, and the thermostat and timer control won’t turn the boiler off ........ it was like the Bahamas when we woke up this morning to a roasting 26 degrees upstairs, phew.
To rub salt in the wound even more the heating engineer/plumber is on jury service this week :-( However, he phoned me this evening and said he would come out after he gets back from court tomorrow evening ( which I thought was really good of him ).
The boiler still heats everything up but we have to turn it off manually for now, so we will only be without heat overnight which is not too bad.


Nice to see a couple of butterflies and lots of bees on the new mahonia flowers this morning ;-)
