Basking

A decomposing vehicle I came across on today’s ride. There was some old tractors and farm equipment as well.
Mindy and I went out to drinks last night at the local brewery. I tried the best beer I’ve had in a while. It was a light beer infused with fresh peaches. I think I’ll go back for another round on Friday.
Today was just me racing against the clock to get some code done. I made way less gains that hoped for due to some sloppy implementations that had been recently added to the code base. I ended up having to rewrite/abstract a bunch of inline spaghetti code that was doing remedial calculations in the most convoluted way. Honestly I wouldn’t have touched it, but I had a dependency on those calcs. Very annoying. Maybe I’ll get my piece done tomorrow .
Mindy made cookies and we paired them with tea and games this evening.
