She spies seashells

For some reason I thought the TT theme was sea shells (SeriousFrolic I think you confused me, easily done!) and now I'm pretty sure it isn't but anyway...
 It's been a big working day - the funding application for the art project I'm involved in has to be in by next week so there are mad requests for letters of support and interest going on all over the place. Terrifying but encouragingly, everyone so far is very supportive and positive and we have a very interesting array of people on board .
We had a quick yomp around the circuit and a visit to Kitchen Cove where someone was swimming - impressive. Every year I intend to carry on but around the beginning of October the mind is willing but the flesh not so much.
