BALLOONS!

I have no idea what is going on here. As I was walking up the road on Tuesday morning I noticed this Land Rover Defender wrapped in clear plastic wrap, all over, several times and immediately thought of a Blip but I couldn't spend the time to get the photo and catch my bus. So as I wandered home this morning I see the same Defender FILLED with silver & purple balloons. What is going on? I'll need to check it out tomorrow!

Noticed that this my 50th Blip. As long I can keep seeing things that I feel deserved to be Blipped I'll carry on.
