Ar ôl y glaw drwm ~ After the heavy rain

“... the most grandiose result of the photographic enterprise is to give us the sense that we can hold the whole world in our heads - as an anthology of images.”

― Susan Sontag

Roedd diwrnod o law drwm heddiw. Penderfynon ni aros gartre ac yn bwrw ymlaen â rhai darnau o waith. Rydw i'n llenwi twll yn wal yr ystafell gwely Nor'dzin. Digon teg. Gwnes i'r twll beth bynnag i roi cebl trydanol i mewn i'r ystafell ymolchi oherwydd roedden ni angen tân yna. Gweddill y dydd treulion ni'n brawf ddarllen (eto!). Rydyn ni'n gwneud cywiriadau i hen lyfr lle roedden ni wedi ffeindio  llawer o gamgymeriadau. Mae'n gyfle hefyd i drio cael nifer o bobl yn brawf ddarllen yr un llyfr. Yn gobeithio byddan ni'n dal mwy o gamgymeriadau y tro hwn.

Fel wedi addo, mae llun heddiw yn Anemoni Tsieineaidd, yn chwalu'n araf.

Today was a day of heavy rain. We decided to stay at home and get on with some pieces of work. I'm filling a hole in the Nor'dzin bedroom wall. Fair enough. I made the hole anyway to put an electrical cable into the bathroom because we needed a fire there. The rest of the day we spent proofreading (again!). We are making corrections to an old book where we had found many mistakes. It is also an opportunity to try to get a number of people to test read the same book. Hopefully we'll catch more mistakes this time.

As promised, today's picture is a Chinese Anemone, slowly disintegrating.
