Day 2 of the skip. Yes, it appears to have been moved, to the right, away from right outside of the pub entrance. (No, there's no other access. ) 
I wonder about the workmen's cognitive ability when you see the words 'Level Load'. I guess it could be interpreted 'Pile it as high as you like so long as it's level at the top' or 'Level with the top of the skip'. They're going with the former I think.
