Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Mini Princesses,

I had a dentist appointment at lunchtime but before he started the check up, I had to watch an informational video explaining acid spikes after eating. I felt like I was back at school. Except I was actually paying attention and not tippexing flowers on my pencil case or working out how to skive PE!
