Truffle Making

James found a recipe for chocolate truffles in a magazine he was bought last weekend and has been pestering me to make them all week. Not tricky to make but very messy so I thought it was definitely a weekend job!

He really enjoyed himself... the two best bits being the bashing of the digestive biscuits in a freezer bag, and the rolling of the mixture in his hands! Messy was an understatement!
