Rubbish pic, but...

There were three reds running round the woods today, woohoo. 

Lots of post course admin, and some online learning ahead of a f2f training session tomorrow.

I'm still doing the physio but my achilles is still super sore. It's bemusing to have a new pain, but I'm a bit bored with it now.
