Ready for tomorrow

Off super early with the boys tomorrow morning foe Rememberance Sunday. Everything is out and ready to go to help ease us out of the door.

I took the boys swimming this morning, popped in to see Granny and Grandpa. Home, gardening (much needed), eldest helped and at last can recognise the weeds that need taking out, so it doesn't feel quite so much as if I'm running the gauntlet when letting him loose on a flower bed!  Husband took the boys to the cinema, earned for getting out in the morning very nicely a week. Wouldn't say it was an entirely satisfactory strategy (one did better than the other). I told the youngest that he was on thin ice at one point, so he made a huge effort to be on thicker icer, as he put it.
