A beautiful sunny day.

I headed out to the Nova Prestatyn Parkrun. The tide was in and the waves were crashing against the lower promenade. We had a one minute's silence for Armistice Day before heading off on the run. I finished the 5km course in 28:11. (see extras).

This afternoon I drove over to Penrhyrn Bay  for a 4km walk around The Little Orme peninsular. There were dozens of grey seals on the beach at Angel Bay. 

We then drove into Llandudno for tea at the Ormo Lounge cafe bar.

I covered 19,000 steps today but unfortunately have twisted my knee on one of the rocky downhill sections of the walk. It has resulted in a  painful evening.
