A by-product of attempting to re-proof both Nicky's two-coats-ago anorak and my twenty-year-old Altura Nevis appeared to be a bunch of tiny plastic particles, possibly produced as a by-product of the reproofing fluid but more likely as something rinsed out of this, as they appeared in the rinse after hand-agitating it in a dishtub in the shower tray. I hopefully caught most by filtering through a sock when I poured it out.
