Make hay…

…while the sun shines. Literally. Taken through the bridge over the creek where Bean and I were cooling off this afternoon.

It reached a surprising 28C at 2.30pm. Not forecast! I managed to do everything I wanted to in K’s garden this morning, then came home for a very long cold drink and salad lunch. Since then it’s been a case of 20 minutes outside, followed 10 minutes indoors for more drink and cooling off. I’ve stopped now though…enough was enough. 

I’m showered and am wafting about in my kaftan, like a proper summery girl. And I’m treating myself to a 0% alcohol craft beer, which goes down beautifully on a warm evening.
