Pudding

A catch up blip as I forgot yesterday. This was the only photo I took so no choice now.

Daughter no.2 arrived today. She is here for a few days attending a work event. As I was making a lamb dish she really likes I also invited a couple of friends for dinner. This was my first attempt at a lemon and raspberry tart. The flavour was great but the presentation needs some work.
