Blippers familiar with the BBC children's programme Postman Pat will know this character. It's our daughter Ali's cuddly toy which she has had from a very young age. Once, a long time ago, she lost it. Fiona retraced their steps and there it was on the wall calendar in the local Midland Bank.
I was puzzled at its reappearance. Fiona found it in a cupboard and thought it needed a wash. I've just suggested to Ali that we should take it to the charity shop and Ali got very protective of it! She instantly remembered the above story.
