Reykjadalur hot river

After a visit to Iceland’s biggest geothermal power plant in the morning, followed by environmental sciences field work on the terrain of the horticultural college in Hveragerði. Mid afternoon, we hiked up and along the Reykjadalur hot river. We were incredibly lucky with the weather, dry and sunshine. It was cold though, strong winds caused a big wind chill factor.
