Mystery noises in the night

Many nights we are woken by a tremendous racket coming from the lounge. What’s going on?
 
We thought Leo was chasing mice around because in summer we often found the remains next day placed in the same exact spot : guts on the carpet, whiskers or tiny tails. If you own a cat, you know what I mean.
But these days there is no sign of a mouse killing.
So, what’s going on?
Time to get out the night camera.  
Well last night it was quiet so the camera revealed nothing, except Leo getting up around 4pm and coming back at dawn.
But I am determined to find out so the camera will remain in situ. Watch this space.


PS. Thanks for the suggestions regarding Press Reader . Seems it is cumbersome even if free through the library. Blipper TrishaR  suggested Apple News. She says its brilliant. Think I will try that.
