Left in the Field

I liked the golds and browns of the picture, but  had to ask..."Why leave the corn patch in the field?"

I googled it and there were several answers, but most had this common thought. They leave the patch for the wildlife, mainly the deer.

It was nice to be out and about today. While Lisa went to a hair appointment with my daughter...I took a drive.
