Rose of Many Colours

We had some lovely sunshine for most of the day. Now it has clouded over. Not as warm as yesterday, but still lovely with around 2Ic. 

This afternoon I had another Osteopaths appointment. I felt so much better when I left. Sure is helping my back which has been painful for the last couple of weeks.
