The Sandwich Glass Museum

Back to Cape Cod to visit the Sandwich Glass Museum and have a lovely lunch at the Daniel Webster Inn.  I visited the museum last about 30 years ago so it was a real treat to see how they have expanded the space and add wonderful new exhibits.  A young man gave a very interesting demonstration of glass blowing.  There was a piece of Canary glass which was shown under black light and kept behind thick glass…it is radioactive!  You an read about it in the extras.  We came home and got right back to our Christmas crafting making some cards, another extra.  Mine are the three small ones laying down.  One more adventure this morning before heading back to Maine this afternoon.
