Afternoon picnic

One more day down, and one less day to savor here. Before dinner Becca brought back a feast from her grandparents farm downstate. Fresh picked strawberrys, farm cheese, and homemade maple brandy and white wine. Loitering by the lake, nibbling strawberrys beside beggaring chipmunks, music and conversation fading with the late afternoon light and enjoying the company.
