Awake in the middle of the night and couldn't get  back to sleep. Swam and then took Willow to the vet for her annual check up. She wasn't happy but has put on some weight. 

Home, I went to my happy place, the garden. Late, but I did most of the things needed to put the garden to sleep. Filled the feeders. And then there were birds. How do they know the feeders are full?

A meeting in the afternoon and then a siesta. Made a batch of puttenesca sauce and had some on spaghetti for dinner.

Watched 2 eps of the last series of The Crown and then The Newsreader. Now bed with podcasts.
