Saturday: Retro

Time for a little break.  After a longish flight to Denver, and then another shorter flight, we are now in Palm Springs.  This was the trip we were meant to take earlier in the year but had to postpone as K got bitten by a bat and we had to do a flit to Miami for vaccinations.  Anyway, we’ve finally made it.

We could probably have travelled to the UK in the time it’s taken us to get here but it’s still lovely to be back.  We came a few years ago from Vancouver, absolutely loved it and had always planned to return but Covid and bat bites got in the way.

Palm Springs is all about mid-century modern architecture and our accommodation is no exception.  We arrived a bit too late to blip anything that our room.
