Connaught Landing

In 1905 the Duke of Connaught, brother of King Edward VII visited Guernsey and among other duties unveiled the South African War Memorial.

It was quite a pleasant morning though a bit blowy with showers. This marina is for locals and it looks as if most of the boats are safely tied up.
