Venetian Spritze

We had booked a table at Coin for this afternoon.
No hurry to get up but when l did found Tim in the kitchen making fresh nans for the bacon and Philly cheese sandwiches with a smear of chill jam.

A lazy morning then we got ready to go into Hebden Bridge in truly awful wet weather.
A few purchases made, not by me, then into Coin for cheese fondue and Bloody Mary’s as planned. I decided to pass on the BMs and opted for the drink in my blip.
Spent a few pleasant hours dipping, sourdough cubes, roast potatoes and cornichons into the melted cheese, lots of good chat and laughs.

Back at theirs now and l’ve got my PJs on ready for the Strictly results : please let A R go home.
