Maldon Gig Rowing - race training

Very enjoyable row which was my first race training. I would love to do more of this and get more involved, but family commitments often get in the way. 

Maldon Junior parkrun had a school take-over, which was great as there were lots of fab runners encouraged to take part by their teachers and also lots of new faces in the volunteer team. A joy to volunteer this morning.
