Sunrise

This just had to be the highlight of the Northumberland trip ... the opportunity to capture an iconic view of Bamburgh Castle.  We were also blessed with a glorious sunrise.  I took so many pictures that it was hard to choose one, but for me this one as the sun was just creeping up over the castle to light up the beach still wet from the the outgoing tide was one of the best.

After breakfast we made our way south ending up at Craster and ending the workshop, as we started, with views of Dunstanburgh Castle, this time from the south with late afternoon sun and even a touch of mist. On the way I found a pillar of stones and a cat hiding between some highly weathered sandstones (extras)
