Oh bother

It's rained cats & dogs today.

We all lay in for the morning and in an effort to hide away watched a box set sporadically throughout the day between Mum calling for a cuppa & youngest needing an hour in the car to let her head defragment.

Blip is of the socket for our electric fire which refused to work in the afternoon...it's handy to warm the living room through without using the central heating...anyways, it seems the socket is faulty.

There is an unused one I could swap it with (literally never used!) but making our evening meal/tea/dinner* ( * delete as appropriate) became an excuse to be otherwise occupied.

Will do it another day. Playing with mains electricity when not in the mood cannot be the finest of ideas and it is the day of rest after all ;-)
