Look Ma...no hands

A busy day. I stopped at a craft show on the way to brunch this morning. All I bought was 2 pieces of fudge, which are still sitting in the truck because I forgot to bring them in, twice.
Had a short meeting with one of the members after brunch. We do a 50/50 draw every week and that money goes towards our Christmas party. With the way prices have gone up over the past couple of years, we couldn't afford to have our party at a couple of the restaurants that we could get into with a group of 25 people. So Alan and I talked about it and decided that the price of the 50/50 tickets should go up. The price has not changed in over 15 years. We decided to make it 3 tickets for $5 and 8 for $10. It has been 3 for $2 and 8 for $5. So far there have only been 2 people who have complained about us changing the price. One of them drives a $70,000 truck and only buys $2 in tickets each week. He thinks that I should keep track of how much everyone spends on tickets. I told him if he wanted to volunteer for that job, he could. I already keep track of who comes to brunch and because I sell the 50/50 tickets, I know what everyone spends on tickets each week.
The other one that complained did not say anything to me but I did get told about it. She says she can't afford $5, but she only comes to brunch maybe twice every 3 months. And she is one that thinks her meal should be paid for at the Christmas party. Not this year, if she decides to come, she has to pay for her own meal.
After brunch I went for a walk at Shubie Park, I needed to calm down.
Tonight I went to the Christmas parade in Bedford.
