Treat Bowl

Lovely evening catching up at my friend Ali’s for an early supper. So nice to see her and Steve.

Spotted this ‘movie night’ treat bowl idea on Instagram so gave it a try when I got home….Sweet and salty popcorn, pretzels and MnMs. It was a bit too much of a sugar rush as I’ve been eating pretty healthy lately but it made a change. I would like to point out I hadn’t eaten all day until the evening!!

Very sore throat and was craving sugar so I wonder if I got a chill walking into Canterbury on Saturday evening with only a body warmer and no scarf. Or maybe it’s the central heating.
