A good Qi Gong session this morning.  A fairly good night's sleep so that was a nice change lately.

Now got to get ready to go to the Grange & District Camera Club this afternoon.  As I'm on the committee I really have to go, I don't feel much like it, but it will probably do me some good.  It's only a Member's session today whereby any member can impart any knowledge they have or show us their equipment, tell us how they take photos etc etc.  I've not prepared so won't be taking part in this much but will be the Tea Lady as usual so that is OK.
