We had to leave the workmen to it as Mike had a hygienist appointment so I went along too. I did not fancy another noisy day in the house.
The Firth was covered in Haar as we approached Dingwall. I stayed in Tesco picking up a few bits and pieces we needed.We enjoyed breakfast when Mike had finished.it’s a nice cafe in Tesco and a good price.
We headed home and had to stop in the lay-by just before the Cromarty bridge to take in the views. Amazing just so calm, completely clear in the direction of the blip and Misty behind us.
Went along to Udale bay where a lovely rainbow crossed the sky. Lots of flooding on one of the roads home so it gave the car a good wash underneath.
The men were under the floor for most of the day. The tank is now in the cupboard with the expansion tanks and the pump is up near the house for fitting tomorrow.
The electric was off for just 15 minutes so that was good :)
